award Franchises?
To people with preferably a successful professional
track record with emphasis on people handling skills.
They don't have to have an experience in managing
a similar business, capability and determination to
learn the business should be enough. It important
that Franchisee accepts the pros and cons of Franchising.

Do you require hands-on Management from the Franchisee?
Not required but preferred. Franchisee should devote
his time to manage the franchised outlet.
3.
Who will provide the location?
Each Franchisee is responsible for securing his own
location. All potential sites must be submitted to
INTERNATIONAL STAR JEWELERS PAWNSHOP, INC. for approval.
Construction or renovation is entirely at the expense
of the Franchisee.
4.
How long will it take to recover my investment?
Financial viability depends on various factorssuch
as sales, investment and the ability of the Franchisee
to effectively manage his expenses. This will be discussed
further during the Franchisee interview after you
fill out the Confidential Questionnaire.
5.
Will you provide us pre-opening services?
Prior to and during the opening, we will send you
our representative who will assist you with the orientation
and training of personnel, acquisition of supplies
and merchandise and other arrangements.
6.
What's included in the training program?
We at INTERNATIONAL STAR JEWELERS PAWNSHOP, INC. accept
no compromise when it comes to the quality of our
service. It is for this reason that we require the
Franchisees and his staff to undergo training on standard
operating procedures for the day to day operations
of the business.
